Terms and Conditions for Purchases on Shopify Checkout with The Gaeilge Gúrú

1. Introduction
By purchasing any products from this Shopify platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the use of my products and services, including digital downloads, resources, and other educational materials. Please read these terms carefully before making any purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not purchase or use our products.

2. Intellectual Property Rights
All products, including but not limited to digital downloads, PDF files, presentations, resources, and curriculum guides, are the exclusive intellectual property of The Gaeilge Gúrú. These products are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by purchasing or downloading any of my materials.

3. Personal Use License
By purchasing my products, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the products for personal or educational purposes only. You may use the materials within your classroom or personal educational setting. Sharing with other educators or third parties without explicit written permission is prohibited.

4. Restrictions on Use
You are expressly prohibited from:
- Reproducing, duplicating, or distributing any of my products, either digitally or in printed form, for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

5. Commercial Use Prohibited

Any breach of this term will result in the immediate termination of your license to use my products.

6. No Redistribution

7. Breach of Terms
If you violate any of these terms, The Gaeilge Gúrú reserves the right to revoke your license and prohibit further use of my products. In such cases, you may be required to immediately cease use and destroy any copies of the products in your possession. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

8. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of my products, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed. In the event of a technical issue with the download or access, please contact me for support, and I will work to resolve the issue promptly.

9. Limitation of Liability
The Gaeilge Gúrú will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use my products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

10. Amendments to Terms
I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of my products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
